Dr. Angelique Barbara graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2011. During her time at Palmer, she was the President of the Scoliosis Club and the secretary of the Women in Chiropractic Club and received several leadership awards. Prior to attending chiropractic college, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Science (2004) and a Master of Science degree in Pathobiology (2006) from the University of Arizona.  In 2009, Dr. Barbara completed the courses and exam to become a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner and in 2011 and 2012, she completed the Basic and Intermediate courses and passed the written and practical exams to earn the title of anActivator Technique Proficiency Rated Doctor. She is also a Certified Veterinary Chiropractitioner (2009) and performs animal chiropractic through veterinary referral. She is the founder of the American Animal Chiro-technician Association (AACA) and has publications in the Journal of Veterinary Science and Microbiology.  She has presented her research at the Conference of Researchers in Animal Disease (CRAWD) and the International Equine Conference of Laminitis and Diseases of the Hoof.   Dr. Barbara is a member of Alpha Zeta Honorary Fraternity, American Quarter Horse Association, American Paint Horse Association, American Chiropractic Association, Florida Chiropractic Association, American Animal Adjusting Association, American Animal Chiro-technician Association and International Association of Veterinary Chiropractitioners.  She is also certified in Livestock Artificial Insemination and enjoys breeding and training her Paint and Quarter horses.
